This 7 ingredient, easy to make grain free bread is high in vegetable protein, dietary fibre, omega-3 essential fatty acids, and antioxidants.

Red lentil flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, combine the 
1 cup Red lentil flour
3 tbsp Ground flaxseed
2 tsp Baking powder
​and mix well.
In a second mixing bowl, combine the
2 tbsp Cooking oil (we prefer coconut oil)
1 cup Pumpkin puree
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
​and mix until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well, until there are no lumps.
Pour batter into a well greased bread pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until top is firm and springy.
